Councillors’ code of conduct
All councillors abide by a Code of Conduct part of which requires them to declare any financial interests, gifts or hospitality that could influence any decisions they make.
Complaints about councillors who may have breached the Code of Conduct fall to Central Bedfordshire Council Monitoring Officer to address under a separate procedure.
